The details on the day’s activities are as follows:

GOLF: Tee times will start at 12:30. All players should report to the pro-shop by noon. Reservations for golf should be made by completing the enclosed Registration Form and mailing it with the appropriate fee to Ms. Mudlaff. Please remember when making your reservations that each foursome mustinclude a member of Chevy Chase Club. If you are making reservations for more than one and do not have a club member for your foursome, please reserve for only up to three and a club member will be assigned to you. Carts are available for those over 65 or with a medical certificate, unless there are not enough caddies to go around. Where there are two carts, a fore caddy will go along. Please do not switch foursomes after assignments have been made. Collared shirts, Bermuda length shorts or slacks (or skirts for women) are required. Baseball hats with the visor forward, if you please, soft spikes, and no cell telephones or tablets.

LUNCH:  The Golf Canteen next to the pro shop will be open. Just announce yourself as being with The Barristers, hosted by Mr. Maloney.

TENNIS: Tennis will be offered this year if there is enough interest and there is one Chevy Chase Club member for each foursome. Those interested should contact Ms. Mudlaff.  Attire: Tennis whites only with smooth soled footwear. We will then make the arrangements. Tennis will start at 3:00 p.m.

COCKTAILS: Cocktails from an Open Bar will begin after golf at the Golf Pro Shop from 4:45 p.m. until 6:45 p.m.

DINNER: Dinner, with wine, will be served in the Card Room at 6:45 p.m. Sports attire permitted. Dinner will be billed separately after the event. If the weather is nice, the event might be an outdoor cookout.

LOCKER ROOMS: Locker rooms are available in advance of and following athletic activities.

Caddy (gratuity per person paid at course) $ 45-$60 per bag (if caddy is carrying bag)

Fore-caddy (per person, paid at course) $ 25

PLEASE NOTE: The above costs include caddy/cart wherein years past it did not. THIS INFO DOES NOT NEED TO BE INCLUDED IN THE REGISTRATION FORM.
